Annaffiara

(ital.: annaffiara - to pour sth., to spray sth.)

The "Annaffiara" product family comprises several flower pots. Each flower pot consists of an inner concrete shell and an outer glass shell. The concrete pots are made of different concrete mixtures, soaking up different amounts of water. This means that the right concrete pot, matching the plant's water requirements, can be chosen. The concrete pot for a cactus soaks up very little water, while one for a marsh marigold, absorbs a great quantity of water.
The water is poured between the glass shell and the concrete pot. The water only needs to be refilled when all the water has been absorbed by the concrete pot. This prevents plants from receiving too much or too little water. The water supply can also be measured out. By selecting a larger glass container that holds water up to several weeks. Because of the "display funktion" submitted by the water, plants are forgotten less frequently. Besides, it is interesting to observe how much water a plant requires to live.
